Gehry Technologies’ Digital Project V1R4 SP5 is a departure from most CAD or 3D building information modeling (BIM) tools in that it is based on a design and manufacturing platform - in this case Dassault Systemes’ CATIA, used as a core engine.

The Digital Project suite is comprised of powerful 3D building
information modeling and management tools and includes two base products, Viewer and Designer, and several add-on products: Primavera Integration, MEP/Systems Routing, Imagine & Shape, Knowledgeware, Specialized Translators and Photo Studio.

Designer and Viewer can operate as stand-alone products; and one of those two is required for all add-on products.
