Greenbriar Rooftop Garden, Houston Medical Center

This project transformed the top of an underutilized parking garage into a tranquil oasis and meditative garden within the Houston Medical Center.

Distinct areas form outdoor rooms for gathering or individual contemplation.

The space is used frequently by those undergoing medical treatment for finding quiet respite
amidst the urban context and offers environment benefits including reduced water runoff, reduced
solar heat gain, air purification, and natural habitat.
