This is an entry in international competition for 17,800 m2 new building of the Maribor Art Gallery in Maribor, Slovenia. The complex and heterogeneous program includes galleries for permanent collection of modern and contemporary visual art and periodical exhibitions (5,200m2), children’s center (750 m2), design center (450 m2), live-work creative center (1700 m2), lecture room, library, catering (700 m2), offices, depository, and underground parking garage.
The renovation of a neglected 1960’s food distribution center on the edge of downtown Minneapolis into a gleaming new headquarters for the creative innovators at KNOCK Inc. is both a fresh and welcomed presence on the underrated stretch of Glenwood Avenue.
Evolver is an inhabitable sculpture erected for the Zermatt Festival, the renowned annual event for Chamber Music featuring the Berlin Philharmonics and many others. As an architectural artifact Evolver intervenes spatially on the panorama surrounding Zermatt and was designed and executed by a team of 2nd year architecture students from the ALICE studio at EPFL in Lausanne, Switzerland.In an effort to take full advantage of the site’s extensive and astounding views, the project sits strategically next to the lake Stelli at an altitude of 2536m.
The name of the latest product in Grupo Vidanta’s resort portfolio says it all: The Grand Bliss. The challenge presented to architecture firm AHA Universo was to create a place where bliss could happen naturally; where guests could reconnect with a simpler, more natural state of mind, while feeling indulged and pampered. The design, therefore, was created with happiness in mind.
This is a weekend house built in the area height of above sea level 550m, in Nasu-town, Tochigi Prefecture. Though in the resort town, the road and the neighbor houses are near by the site, and it seems difficult to keep privacy. so the architects aimed to make an indoor space like a Scandinavian soft interiors instead of the room open directly to the outside.

This is RM&P’s third building within the Master Plan of Prague 4- Pankrác that began almost a decade ago with a local Czech developer and named the CITY Project. Based on RM&P’s Master Plan of the superblock on the Pankrác Plains, this once neglected area of Prague has now been transformed into a multi-functional, vibrant and revitalized business, commercial, and residential district filled with green public spaces and amenities. City Green Court has been modified and re-designed to the new owner Skanska’s sustainability goals and high standards to achieve the highest level of LEED certification. The project has recently received a LEED Platinum Pre-certification.

Aquaria Grande is one of the iconic residential developments in Borivali of Mumbai. This distinctive project includes two 37 storeys soaring residential towers, a fully facilities equipped clubhouse, a sustainable podium garden and an enormous car park, which create a novel and luxury lifestyle to the Borivali district.
The site is located on the hill spreading the panoramic view of Seto Inland Sea. In this beautiful scenery, the architects aimed that the house be filled with the atmosphere surrounding this area.

The weekend house is reduced to a few essential elements. The main house and a small studio are arranged on a black platform that rests just above the ground. The two black volumes frame the water of Lake Superior as it extends toward the distant horizon.
