A succinct body, placed in farmland dominated by the abbey of St. Florian, forms an inconspicuous three-storey office-building and makes use of the overview and the motorway-junction.

The new location of the building company is used as a regional establishment for administration. The building yard is placed external. All office space is located in a four storey building, designed as a compact solitaire. The storage facility for small parts is arranged in the retral part of the site, covered by a flying roof.
