The City of Newport Beach has charged Bohlin Cywinski Jackson and team with designing a forward-looking, iconic new Civic Center and Park, consisting of a City Hall, 450 space parking garage and addition to the existing library, all set within a new 17 acre park.
This house faces the park where two splendid cherry blossoms trees exist facing front of a road on the north side. As for a peripheral environment, there is a parking lot facing the private road on the east side; there is a parking lot in the apartment house on the west side; and the timbered house of two stories built in the south. In a word, it is a place opened to the three directions.

Pursuant to the government decision of 23 September, major development projects will be implemented at the Budapest Zoo and Botanical Garden. As part of the project called ‘Magic Mountain’, a complex exhibition and event space will be created inside the Great Rock; at the same time, the Bison House and Giraffe House will be restored according to the original plans. The project allows the facility, which has difficulties owing to limitations of space, to create an interactive exhibition on an area of 3,000 square metres, previously not accessible to visitors, that provides a unique experience. The construction of the interior of the Great Rock, the largest building of the garden, as an exhibition and event space has been planned since 1912 but has not been implemented to date. The utilisation of the interior of the Great Rock will provide the Zoo with a venue worthy of housing a number of cultural events, while it will also enhance the range of experiences and programmes that can be offered in winter, which could result in increased visiting times.

Tower of Change is a proposal for the Taiwan Tower in Taichung. It is an attempt to break out of the usual confinements of architecture. It is a building that perpetually changes in height. It contracts and expands. It develops from to a pagoda like figure in its most compact position to a slender elegant funnel when erect. Tower of Change is an animated building.
Tower of Power features 600 rotors that together produce 6 MW. Tower of Power is not just a symbol of good intentions; it actually produces green energy. Instead of being yet another ‘empty’ icon it actually is a usable object: next to its required functionality as sightseeing tower and telecommunication base it is an environmentally friendly Power Plant.

Varaždin, a historic city in northern part of Croatia, is known for its well-preserved Baroque architecture. The narrow streets, squares and parks, facades with its ornaments contribute to the identity of the city. The house is within walking distance of downtown.
