The inspiration was to design a simple and efficient multi-residence dwelling. I ended up with a slightly strange fourplex, a waterborne craft and an experimental commercial unit with a revolving base perched on a network of piers with salt to fresh water conversion and hydroponic testing bays.

Submitting this as a conceptual project leaves certain possibilities  open such as using custom materials and designs not necessarily proven.  The design(s) remain theoretically possible.

The renders submitted show the same basic design in 3 different types of locations. No floor plans are given because this design could be used for  commercial or residential.
