The Starlit Learning Centre is empowering the referencing of form and space through setting up the layout to fit various programs by applying the Ancient Rome City Planning. The interiors facade was comprised of various materials, patterns and colors which inspired by the scenery of New York Central Park.

The site condition of learning centre with one-meter huge column is standing at the center passage. Designer has strategically transforms it into a focal point as concepts, programs, functions, activities and zonings. Circular design is the core of The Ancient Rome City Planning with famous landmarks is linked up by round plazas and other circular objects along major pathway. Such is prototyped including 3 design elements:

Circle
– It is a familiar shape to children. Observation result shown circle is a mother tone of children. Things with round edges provide a sense of security and safety to children.

Colors
– Analogous and complementary palettes are carefully practiced to create various moods and enhancing the delight, enjoyment and excitement.

Secret Space
– Children adores adventures, they love to explore. Secret space and blinds spots are create to child scales along the interesting zigzag form pathway end with kaleidoscope mirrors carved with star patterns. To rhythm with Starlit Slogan Presenting your hidden bright side & shine, the layout creates surprises during discover journeys end with magnificent illusion of their multiple reflections.

Stage – gathering party / reception / exhibition
The focal column is offset with a raised platform which can be turned into a performance stage. Routinely it is the reception and gathering area during weekdays.

Auditorium play area / parents waiting area
Open floor space provides an excellent platform for both children and parents: space for children to gather for practicing social skills or seating platform as waiting areas for parents. Once show on, it becomes an auditorium where plenty of seats are provided for the audience to enjoy the performance.

Backstage Classrooms
Under normal circumstances, classrooms are areas to hold routine lessons. With movable classroom partitions panels, classrooms are converted into backstage areas for rehearsals and dressing rooms during performance.

The pathway extends to two wings in zigzag form for awaiting performers out-sighted from the stage.
