The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will expand with a new building that is to house facilities for the Institute of Diplomatic Studies and Consular Affairs Department. The new building comprises among others a large auditorium, lecture halls, library, classrooms, a large hall for visa applicants and office space. The building accommodates a number of shared facilities e.g. a cafeteria and prayer rooms.

This real state is located in Hacienda de Las Palmas Ave. # 10, Subdivision Hacienda de Las Palmas, Huixquilucan State of Mexico and extends on a 2’897.13 m2 area, with an average level difference from front to rear-end of 17 meters, which represented the first disadvantage since a river flows in the rear-end and there was practically no space to work and store the materials while the water was diverted.

The bar “Vanilli“, on the ground floor of a house situated in the old town, has been the most popular venue of Linz’s trendy nightlife for more than two decades. The new owners brought with them the desire for a complete redecoration, aiming to retain the glamorous reputation whilst also maintaining the fundamental building structures of the listed building to meeting planning requirements.

I work in the studio of Martin Rajniš for more than a year. Did my opponent’s thesis at the Academy of Fine Arts. Personally, I did not know the professor. Martin, as he introduced himself at the very beginning is a very straight man. They all relate to him and offered me if I do not want himto do some time. May said the next morning I come to see him in office. What I had to say?Scheduled holidays did not take place.

Task:

The relocation of various businesses from the Voestalpine steel manufacturer’s premises included the dental clinic of the Upper Austrian regional medical insurance company. The nearby “Service Zone” was chosen as the new location. The task was to create a modern and service-oriented clinic on a 525 m2 plot which offers the dentists the best possible hygiene and functionality at work and which receives and guides the patients.

The newly completed Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama in Cardiff – Wales’ national music and drama conservatoire – opens to a new intake of students this month. Won in international competition in 2007, the scheme comprises an acoustically excellent 450‐seat chamber recital hall (the ‘Dora Stoutzker Hall’), a 180‐ seat theatre (the ‘Richard Burton Theatre’), four rehearsal studios, an exhibition gallery (the ‘Linbury Gallery’) as well as generous foyer areas, a terrace overlooking Bute Park and a new Café Bar.
