Located in a cliff of 30 metres high between Rosarito and Ensenada, this condiminium complex tries to satisfy beach property growing demand in Baja California area.

This project design responds first of all to the property’s particular sunpath diagram, to the geographical conditions and to the real state business situation. This product is addressed to a upper middle class market.

The building house 150 units at different sizes that ranges from 90 to 280 square meters distributed in 25 levels, all with huge terraces allowing to enjoy the ocean views. In addition, there are numerous leisure and recreational services provided: restaurants, spa, lounge bars, swimming pools, tennis courts, etc.
