Article source: Metropolis The project is located in “The Casuarinas” urbanization in Lima City in a 1080.10 sqm plot. The Proposal contemplates the development of a two floor Residence with an upper floor access. The service area is separated from the rest of the house and has a separate entrance and comprises: laundry, room service.  Image Courtesy © Juan Solano The garden is on the level and is surrounded by two levels of stone planters willing to buttress way around the perimeter of the lot. This is because of the volume of excavation. Besides the whole lot is fenced with a living fence to a height of 3.00m from the street level, according to the rules of the association.  Image Courtesy © Juan Solano The house has been conceptualized as a container modern first lecorbusianos generation projects, where we have used natural materials such as stone, marble and wood to avoid temporary made with materials concerning a specified manufacturing.  Image Courtesy © Juan Solano The first floor served as a glass box to project the house on the outside, there has been privileged treatment landscape and outdoor lighting that can be modulated to meet various social situations. The second floor was designed as a perforated container, with a higher roof to promote inner sense unlike the first floor that is reaching out.  Image Courtesy © Juan Solano The intention was to create a separate proposal to host a series of codes that were difficult to recognize in a future time so that the house itself, could grow old with their owners. The whole house has different types regarding achieving a modern eclecticism but looking both belong to an alternative future.
