The period of early childhood is one of the most important phases of human life. Similarly, the pre-school stage is one the most sensitive spans of human life and it is also a time when children’s physical, mental, social, emotional, and cognitive developments occur at their fastest pace.

Children, to a large degree, complete their mental and personal development between the ages of 0 and 6 as the characteristics of behavior acquired during this stage continue for the rest of their lives. Pre-school educational institutions are one of the most deterministic social units in the safe and healthy formation of children’s development during this significant stage. On the other hand, pre-school educational institutions also ensure that especially mothers as well as parents are easily able to take part in social life and business life. Ensuring the development of the child, at the same time allows the same degree of insurance for the business and social lives of mothers and fathers.
