Located on the Seine river front, close to a key metropolitan route (the Francilienne), évry water depuration plant is a major infrastructural element, whose stakes are environmental, technical, urban and symbolic. The first plant was built in the 70s and the aim of this renovation is to increase and optimize its capacity. The urban dimension of the equipment has guided us towards a strategy of opening-up and hospitality. Previously rejected and hidden, this infrastructure is now relocated on the urban scene, so to have a public role, and to reach a symbolic level. Regularly open to visitors, this equipment will become a landmark and a thematic park on the theme of water filtering. The formal strategy consists of a main axis along the river, along which gardens, new buildings and tanks are located. Buildings will be renovated and their façades completely redesigned as urban scale filters.

So, 1st floor area was defined by the space required for parking and use of common space. 2nd floor includes cafeteria and office area. 3rd floor was planned for classrooms for students during week days. The final 4th floor had been set to follow the required capacity of occupancies 250 for the church service for Sunday service.
When Casa REX, an important Brazilian design office, came to us looking for a reform of its new seat, the initial goal was to create a new identity for the physical space of the office, which didn’t exist before because of its rapid expansion.

The site is located urban area close to the down-town of Daegu, one of the biggest Cities in South Korea. In contrast to its locality, this town is isolated from the major city development. The project is about the ri-territorialization of a series of commercial warehouses: combining the need to renovate the facade and to design the parking area in front of the building, the architecture reconnects the building to the surrounding environment through the staging of a new landscape that tries to absorb the character of that country side, now forgotten by that area of the town, outskirt of Pordenone.
A+ animal hospital interior design ventures what values atypical design could make in 53㎡, offering an utilitarian furniture fit into the programs. It was a critical challenge to make a spacious amusement place for pets, even 5 clinic rooms are necessary to operate the hospital. It was a main concern that the interior image from a street produces a symbol of A+ animal hospital as well as atypical design language produces all the required space in 53㎡. It was important to re interpret programs as much as to design space efficient furniture.
