 Image Courtesy © shinobu ichihara architects You can see the stairs from dining room though, cannot go up to the second floor unless otherwise going around around the corridor. For going up to the den, you must use the ladder at the entrance（not the stairs）.Thus, you cannot go into or out the room directly.
