Nothing about these offices looks like your father’s bank. That was the intent when Quicken Loans purchased the Chase Tower, also known as the Qube, located in Detroit’s urban core. The historic 1960s building houses the firm’s young and growing workforce.

ROSSETTI imaginatively re-purposed the offices with neon colors, bold patterns and exposed duct work. For their new cafeteria, called Qzine, ROSSETTI combined casual comfort with boisterous colors and creative food stations that turn lunchtime into a celebration for the 1,500 employees. Seating vignettes promote conversation and mimic “rooms,” with gas fireplaces, cozy sofas and arm chairs that beckon employees to relax and socialize.
