On idea of the architect the project is developed into one building with two different social housing associations and apartments for sale.

This design idea, in order to create a project with more possibilities, in which the different functions create together a more symbiotic effect.

The street facades are made of brick, the garden and atrium façade is made of zinc in order to create a contrast between (hard and soft, light and heavy).

In front of each social apartment there is a bridge made of concrete to reach the entrance door and it can be used as a balcony for the residents. At a distance of 4,5 m from this balcony there is a separate gallery bridge to walk.

In the atrium, the entrance hall, the bridges and stairs are pendent connected to the roof.
