Article source: Ramon Esteve Settled in a residential area, the plot’s morphology obliged us to focus the building in a single floor same height design. Starting from cube from where it’s subtracted different pieces to shape the spaces from gaps or solids.  Image Courtesy © Ramon Esteve Although this second position has a double skin where when the wooden window shutters are open is completely permeable but when they’re closed is totally blind. This sunlight protection lessens the incoming light creating a uniform lightning feeling and a warm environment. The access is done at one of the blind sides coming next to the closing walls and getting through a slot drawn on the white wall. A succession of skylights directs the visitor from the entrance to the other side of the house differentiating open area from the enclosed one. The inner finish wood of walls and furniture makes a relationship between rooms by using the same architectural language.
