Elevation difference between road and ledge on which house is standing is 12 meters. Architect Tadeusz Lemanski had to take into consideration not only the formation and geological structure of the plot, but also the constraints imposed on the project by local regulations and above all, the Directorate of Jurassic Landscape Parks. Due to strict zoning requirements the house had to be built only from natural materials and and covered with pitched roof with a steep slope.
