The neighborhood Tlaltenango enjoys excellent connectivity and history, is now a central scenery with the city of Cuernavaca and conurbations spaces . The infrastructure that integrates NT in a short , medium and long term , will give residents the quality and comfort that is required in a city with so much diversity and prosperity. Forming a pool, spa, steam room, multipurpose room and communal garden area lies within the concept of the first of its kind for water recycling , collection and cleaning it for local use , irrigation and return gives the mantles (clean) where it belongs. The energy efficiency is based on international specifications, which make development to retain goodwill by having technology and passive design in architecture. NT adapts to the new lifestyle of the cities in which they practice both completely independent and socially stable environment , young and fresh coexisting with the environment and fully enjoy the services offered . New Tabachin is by far one of the best developments in Cuernavaca today. Downspouts were implemented and the necessary treatment plant either irrigation of green areas , car wash or refused in WC and the water from the treatment plant wastewater.
