The premise in the development of this project was always keep the visual into the bay and keep the horizon present in every area of the house. We should place the functions so the spaces will connect visually, the transparency should be the primary axis of the first floor.

A very strong constraint to the development of the project was the relentless wind that hits directly from the bay. This did not allow us to use the front garden and therefore the importance of the indoor garden could see the sea at all times through the first volume.

The main house is defined between the two side walls of stone, with a width of 20 meters had to share the front all social applications on a first level and all private functions at a second level.

Because of the nature of the functions is that the second level, a concrete box perforated on both sides, lies suspended on two massive walls. This  allowsthe living room to materialize as a glass box through which visual remain between the sea and the rest of the house.

Inside the ground the guest rooms as a separate wing that may or may not work together with the main house were arranged. But this was only possible because the pool and uses the grid act as bearings in the middle of the inner garden and allow interaction of all guests in this large green space which is always impressive viewer horizon.

The project embodies a concrete and precise language, where materials such as concrete, bamboo and stone are always faithful to the enclosing function. This is where architecture finds his true calling, when the initial premise is achieved and the parts of the project evoke the feeling of always being on the shore.
