Santo Spirito apartment, located in Florence, consists essentially of two rooms: the living room and its mezzanine with double bedroom and the dining room and its little mezzanine with single room.

The project was conceived and structured entirely around a matrix of 6,5 cm that affects all three dimensions: in this way, a “tri dimensional space” is created, whose perception changes according to the point of view.

Butterfly bridge – ChristianshavnsKanal and Transgraven in Copenhagen, Denmark by Dietmar Feichtinger Architectes

Thursday, April 23rd, 2015

Article source: Dietmar Feichtinger Architectes

Bridges are places that offer new perspectives on the city, spectacular views of the water that reveal the cityscape. The bridges are elements that are part of the urban landscape in a natural way.

Through their simplicities, they form a contrast with the monumental buildings. The bridges designated for pedestrians and cyclists offer a maximum of transparency and lightness.

Thursday, April 23rd, 2015

Article source: EL EQUIPO CREATIVO

La Dolça, the new gastronomic space in Tickets Restaurant, is the result of the successful collaboration of the tandem formed by the chefs Albert and Ferran Adrià and the Iglesias brothers over the past four years. The continued evolution and success of Tickets Restaurant requires an extension, and gives birth to La Dolça, the new space dedicated solely to desserts. For its design the Adrià brothers once again choose EL EQUIPO CREATIVO who designed the original Tickets as well as several of their other gastronomic spaces, like the prize-winning sites 41º Cocktail Bar and the Peruvian-Japanese Pakta Restaurant.

Primrose Avenue in Singapore by HYLA Architects

Wednesday, April 22nd, 2015

Article source:  HYLA Architects

This 3-storey intermediate terrace house has a unique rotating screen on its front elevation. Its cross section has an aerodynamic boomerang shape that serves to deflect wind on one side. On the other side the screen is clad with timber to give privacy. So the occupants can rotate the screen according to what they need. This also gives the facade an ever changing pattern that corresponds to the mood of its users. Inside the 1st storey has a high ceiling and good cross ventilation into a rear garden court. The staircase has a unique triangular cross section and is well lit with a skylight above.
