The flexibility of the floor plans allows big company as well as smaller ones to establish their office there. The ground floor is composed of common spaces. A cafeteria and two meetings rooms are given to the user of the building. Three terraces, two of which are covered are available on the rooftop with an impressive panorama on the skyline of Delémont. Built in partnership with local company, folded metal facade with a 26cm insolation, LED lightning system and a geothermic probe as heating and cooling system are some examples of specific elements responding to the sustainable approach of the building.
