Spaces are not creative or collaborative themselves but they can allow and legitimate those behaviours we are aiming. The challenge was being respectful of the tradition of Pevasa and at the same time accommodating the future forms of work.  Image Courtesy © Cuantics Creatives Lab  Image Courtesy © Cuantics Creatives Lab The new headquarters for Pevasa Company, rises and rests on five structural groups that convert the offices into a lookout that can catch the light and views of Bermeo. Five structural groups that allude to each of the five founding families of the company . In addition the structural groups house all common uses of the building, vertical communication, meeting rooms, toilets, and they cross the building vertically all the way to the deck tho host a lounge for employees and a patio.  Image Courtesy © Cuantics Creatives Lab  Image Courtesy © Cuantics Creatives Lab The relative arrangement of the structural groups allow for a fluid distribution of the plans and allowed us to leave the plans opened,\”to create bright and versatile re-configurable spaces with multiple options and paths, that encourage collaborative, horizontal, transparent and fluid uses. In our imagination, the house on the tree is the place to reconcile with our motivations place and is therefore the appropriate metaphor for this project. Rise above the treetops allowed us to capture light and views Bermeo roofing system. We aim a visual integration of the internal structure with the the branches and foliage outside, to weave the interior artefact with the nature outside. A larger first floor for offices, and a second floor occupied by a multipurpose room designed to host conferences or meetings with the crews of Pevasa ships, a \”txoko\” or multipurpose room and cafeteria dining hall, surrounded by a green roof passable. This space at the top of the building is a space for employees, and symbolizes the importance of the informal meetings.
