This striking scheme, designed by the collaborative architectural team of Doone Silver Architects and Flanagan Lawrence, occupies a triangular site bounded by Fetter Lane and New Fetter Lane. Its innovative, rotating stepped form responds to the low-rise Chancery Lane Conservation Area to the west and the higher-rise commercial developments of New Street Square to the east.

In the heart of London’s West End we have substantially upgraded this six storey building, providing cutting edge flexible office accommodation and a striking new entrance sequence. Drawing inspiration from the unique exterior of the Rodney Gordon 1980’s rocket-like building, ‘Patalab’s design picks up the futurist-like qualities and transforms the common parts into an enticing spatial arrangement, using mirrors, lighting and reflective finishes. A bespoke built-in seating area on the ground floor responses to the prestigious location and forms a welcoming feature in the entrance lobby.
The buzzwords „open, direct, dynamic, straightforward“, standing for the common attributes for the project in the center of Munich, describe a flexible, playful, and creative space for workshops, meetings and events upon two floors.
The house was originally the local Victorian girls school and latterly a single storey home that had been lived in by the same owner since the 1970s (the clients mother). The original layout was almost monastic: one large room with a single corridor off it with cell-like bedrooms and bathrooms to one side

Gokceada is a characteristic island in Northern Aegean Sea with small scale masonry houses in organic urban patterns. Being on an island, the town is an isolated settlement with limited resources. Therefore the main aim of Gokceada High School Campus, which includes a high school, vocational school, dormitory, gymnasium, library, and a conference hall, is to create an integrated life within educational-social entity of the school and the urban life. By this means, the campus will not only be used in the school hours, but it will serve for 24 hours to the people of the island as an open campus with a projection of sharing limited resources efficiently.
Campus renewal and sustainability ambitions go hand in hand at Erasmus University Rotterdam. In the newest addition to the campus, the multifunctional educational building called Polak, the university’s ambition is emphatically manifested: to be among the most sustainable campuses in the Netherlands. The energy-efficient building, of which both the interior and the exterior are designed by Paul de Ruiter architects, fits into the new educational strategy of the Erasmus University, aimed at activating, small-scale education.
The South Bay, anchored in the heart of the island city of Mumbai, resembles the form of a luxurious cruise ship ready to set sail. Designed by ARK Reza Kabul Architects for Mesacon & Triumph Realty, the 70 meter tall structure sits on a plot at the arterial Hughes Road. The contemporary design comes as an organic response to its surrounding. Strategically placed on the arterial road; right at the South bound foot of the Kemps Corner flyover, makes the iconic structure hard to miss while passing by.
