1/JBR in Dubai, UAE by EDGE Design

In its’ quest to discover the best designs and projects in the Middle East and Africa, the International Property Awards in London invited companies to present their finest work. The judging committee chaired by four active members of the House of Lords scrutinised hundreds of entries and EDGE Design has been informed that it has won an African and Arabian Property Award 2016-2017 in the Residential High-rise Development category, for their work on the 1/JBR project by Dubai Properties.

A host of Africa & Middle East finest developers, architects, interior designers and real estate agents will gather at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel, Dubai on the 22nd September 2016. There, in the presence of Lord Best, chairman of the judges for real estate categories, the results of the African and Arabian Property Awards will be announced.

Entries were received from companies across Africa and Middle East and winning entrants will be presented with either a ‘Highly Commended’ or ‘5-Star’ award. The top scoring 5-star winners will then go forward to represent region in the 2016 International Property Awards. They will compete against other regional winners from Europe, Canada, the Caribbean, USA, Central & South America, the UK and Asia Pacific to find the ultimate World’s Best in each category.
