Sungang district is situated within Shenzhen, China’s economic and technological citadel; and as the former hub for logistics distribution and warehouses, it is in the process of transitioning between tradition and innovation. Aedas reflects and accelerates this transition by adopting innovative and sustainable dimensions for Baoneng Centre, injecting vibrancy to create one of the largest mixed-use live-work-recreate communities to serve the district.
With a total area of 800,000 square meters, the prismatic complex comprises a 300m tall Grade-A office tower, a 25-storey apartment tower, and an 11-storey podium of 2 retail and exhibition components namely Baoneng First Space and Baoneng Universal Converge. The development revitalises the area by increasing commercial activities.
In this project, we tried to minimize the light which enters to the environment; because the presence of light in this space cause disturbing in examination.
Six levels are designed in this project. The floor plan consists of some spaces such as reception, drugstore, glasses store and guarding and all other doctors and optometrists rooms are designed in top levels.
About the form of this building, an attempt has been made to respect other buildings by using a cube shape, but to create a small distinction, the corners are rounded.

Located at Mariner’s Mile in Newport Beach, 3101 West Coast Highway is a renovation and adaptive reuse of a 4-story Cape Cod-style building from the 1980s into a modern articulation of the marine coastal aesthetic.
Situated on a concrete podium 6’ above West Coast Highway, this project creates a modern aesthetic by removing existing embellishments to enhance the clean and timeless geometry of the gabled roofs, all while staying within compliance with the Coastal Commission’s strict reframing constraints. The existing dormers were demolished to create inset terraces providing tenants with fresh air, natural light, and unobstructed bayside views. Removing floor slabs enable double-height spaces while opening-up bayside gable walls with floor-to-ceiling curtain walls create transparency from the street to the bayside. Tenant spaces were also demised in a north/south direction to provide all tenants with bayside views throughout the building.

Located in the Fourth Ring Green Park at the Fourth Ring, Chaoyang District, Beijing, the YouChoose Holdings Office Complex consists of two single-buildings, which are the quadrangle courtyard office building and the golf club that covers an outdoor area of 3200 ㎡ and an indoor area of 4300 ㎡. In order to meet the office and business needs of the young team of the owner, the design focus on the quadrangle courtyard garden, associate with the comprehensive transformation and upgrading of “office building space and golf club”, and create a humanistic office complex of Chinese.
The city of Seoul expresses the epitome of a complex city that is a cross between the present and the past. It shows the concurrence of the historical architecture of the palace, the mountain nature that originally existed, and modern architecture. It is a city that contains various aspects of life, programs that are different or incompatible, and natural urban elements at the same time. The conflicting scene in Seoul can be seen as an important clue for finding the true nature of architecture. It is not simply a physical environment, but has a variety of discoveries that question the essence of the mental identity that urban residents should have. The Dohwaseogil Project, the government office in charge of paintings from the Choseon Dynasty, was the cradle and center of traditional Korean painting, and had to overcome the conflict between its memory as a historical place and modern commercialized programs.
The 11th of March marks the press conference for Aedas-designed IM Shanghai — a cultural complex premised on the grand unveiling of a mountainous cityscape.
The development, located at the intersection of Kaixuan Road and Huaihai West Road of Changning District and conveniently accessible via MTR Line 10 at Hongqiao Road Station, is adjacent to the Shanghai City Sculpture Art Centre, and Redtown Art District. The site is not among any of the CBDs in Shanghai. Thus, a primary and key purpose of the development is to drive business value by attracting tenants and consumers as it integrates with the surrounding context.
Aedas, SWA, BPI and CAADI were specially invited to design the architecture, landscape, lighting and interior of Focus Hangzhou, respectively, to jointly create a landmark complex, one of the landmarks for the 2022 Olympic Games, and a new name card of Hangzhou. It is rooted both locally and worldwide to provide diverse and creative design works.
Residential complex “Respublika” is the largest residential project in the country. The total area will be more than 247 acres. In 2019, the first phase of construction completed. The whole district will be built into more than 10 phases overall.
The basic principles adopted for the development of the 1st phase of the project: midrise buildings, urban block planning, separation of pedestrian zones and vehicles, closed courtyards – open streets. Urban blocks are not classical quadrangular, but pentagonal forms a slightly more lively and unpredictable space. There are more than 40 options of planning solutions realized in the first phase based on our standard of PRO-apartments.
Seven renowned architectural firms have designed ten individual buildings according to architectural guiding principles by BEHF Architects. Thanks to the well though-out concept, THE ENSEMBLE presents itself as a lively, varied and modern residential area; privately financed, but based on the qualities of the Vienna housing model. Directly on the Danube Canal, opposite the recreational and leisure area of the Prater, about 800 high-quality apartments that blend seamlessly with an expansive surrounding park space are available.
