Two buildings with amenities for the neighbourhood play the central part in the development of the Albertpool in Vorst (Brussels).
These two buildings are the gateway to this district. The new Albertpool is an excellent opportunity to put this vibrant part of the city on the map in exemplary fashion.
The Leeds studio of Northern design giants SpaceInvader has completed a three-year CAT A project to reinvigorate the public and common areas of Central House, Harrogate, a four-storey building providing local companies with 168,000 sq ft of office space, car parking and associated facilities, for property group client CEG.
“We were delighted to work with CEG on this project”, SpaceInvader’s Creative Director Sarah Dodsworth commented, “with the aim of making Central House Harrogate’s premier office address.”

When Rykadan decided to open a new headquarteroffice in the heart of Hong Kong, they called on JERDE to help them create a place that not only stands out from the crowd, but completely redefines what an office environment can be.
This project involves the heavy restructuring of a corner building located at the junction of rue Thiers and rue Carnot, in the heart of the historic center of the city of Vannes.
The existing building, R+2 plus attic, was a bank that we transformed into offices for Groupe Giboire. The aim is to set up a new commercial and real estate development agency. The location of the project is remarkable, close to the port, it is backed by the city walls dating from the 4th century.
WeWork, the global flexible workspace provider, is opening this week its newest building in Via Giuseppe Mazzini 9. This is WeWork’s 4th location in Milan.
The choice of a vibrant and touristy location
Via Mazzini 9 opens its doors this 15 March, in the heart of Milan’s lively tourist centre. Few steps away from the Duomo, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, Palazzo Reale and Scala Theatre, the building is located close to dynamic retail streets and is served by a wide choice of public transport, thus benefiting from exceptional accessibility. A prestigious and vibrant location in the city, which was a natural and strategic choice for WeWork. Muhannad Al Salhi, General Manager of WeWork Italy and Spain discloses: “Opening of a new WeWork location always starts with our future members in front mind – from thinking about how the design of spaces will inspire community and innovation, to the location of the building. One of our strengths is our always prime city centre locations, and Via Mazzini 9 reflects this strategy, while also representing great opportunities from a business perspective. With its excellent transport links and thriving neighborhood, we are betting on attracting more and more companies to an area which so far has a powerful touristic and retail aura, yet whose potential for corporations has not been fully tapped.”
The new business center class A is in the 1st Zemelniy lane, not far from the «Ulitsa 1905 Goda» undegraund station, near Krasnopresnenskaya embankment and the business district Moscow City.
The business center project was developed by the UNK Project architectural bureau. A distinctive feature and recognizable element of the architectural appearance of the building is the openwork, grid-like shell on the facade. This principle is widely used in the progressive architecture of the 21st century and it also refers to the model of Soviet constructivism, reminding of the tower of engineer Shukhov. Triangular at first sight in cross-section building has no sharp corners. They are rounded and closed with a mesh structure that softens the appearance of the building.

The design expresses OPPO’s mission of the elevation of life through technological artistry, with an overarching vision of being a sustainable company that contributes to a better world.
We were proposed to develop a Project for IntegratedHealth Offices, for construction in an existing space,with sun exposure to the South and East, conditioning therooms size, according to the position of the existing windows.
The challenge was launched, we studied the programin line with the client to create four rooms: Integrated Medicine, Wellness and Dermatofunctional, Physiotherapyand Group Classes. In addition, other spaces were created to complement the previous ones, namely: Reception,sanitary facilities, living space and a small kitchen space for employees, with different servicesand public circuits and spaces.
