Campo House in Godella, Spain by Jose Costa Arq

Sunday, May 3rd, 2020

Article source: Jose Costa Arq

The dwelling is conceived as a clearing in its surrounding pine forest.

Its contour folds, conditioned by the existing trees that guide its walls and volume.

The orography is decisive, with a descending slope towards the end of the plot. This allows to bury part of the construction, minimizing the impact of the 600 built square meters.

Monts Et Merveilles in Paris, France by Jean Bocabeille Architecte

Saturday, May 2nd, 2020

Article source: Jean Bocabeille Architecte

Formerly a railway enclave, the Clichy-Batignolles ecodistrict is reconquering this forgotten piece of Parisian ground. This major municipal project was envisioned as a response to the elevated need for housing while paving the way for a durable, mixed-use 21st century city. So much data that had to be compiled to come up with smart solutions for a multi-program block (nursing home, social housing, private housing, religious center, and retail businesses).

Beton House in Katowice, Poland by Betonhouse | Design

Wednesday, April 29th, 2020

Article source: Betonhouse | Design

Minimalism in a concrete version. Implementation of the project is the fulfillment of our dreams. We have designed the house to take full advantage of the southern side of the plot. Large glazing, sliding windows allow us to constantly interact with the surrounding nature.

In front of the south glass façade we have designed a large “reflex” – a shallow water reservoir, which has the task of reflecting light rays into the interior of the house, which, dancing on the ceiling, create an extraordinary atmosphere.

They are well travelled and broad minded than most. In it, they wanted international sensibility paired with quirkiness and a place that provided a canvas for experimentation.
