Article source: Boed Architecture Center

In this project, we tried to minimize the light which enters to the environment; because the presence of light in this space cause disturbing in examination.
Six levels are designed in this project. The floor plan consists of some spaces such as reception, drugstore, glasses store and guarding and all other doctors and optometrists rooms are designed in top levels.

About the form of this building, an attempt has been made to respect other buildings by using a cube shape, but to create a small distinction, the corners are rounded.

Saturday, March 12th, 2022

Article source: Oficina Urbana Arquitectura

The house of Enrichetta, Marc and Eva; a renovation project of a flat in the Poblesec district in Barcelona.
A penthouse with a magnificent panoramic view of the whole city.

The first sources of inspiration for the conversion of this flat were the Poblesec neighbourhood with its mixture of cultures, colours and styles and the great personality of its new inhabitants: a young couple and their daughter, born right in the middle of the renovation work.

Third Line Villa in Basmenj, Iran by Boed Architectural Center

Friday, March 4th, 2022

Article source: Boed Architectural Center

The geographical location of this project is in the city of Basmenj near the city of Tabriz in the province of East Azerbaijan, which is a cold region.
The project was in a very good position visually, which made it possible to have a good view of the inside of the villa to the surrounding area, but because the project was located at a high point, it prevented us from designing all four sides of the villa transparently. In this villa we did not do any excavation to change the height , in fact, we tried to design the villa on the existing site without changing the height codes.

Architectural Design Visualization for a Scandinavian Church by ArchiCGI

Wednesday, January 13th, 2021

Article source: ArchiCGI

This architectural design visualization made a big splash. Once the image was published on our website and appeared on social media, we started to get questions from our clients about how it was created. Which we totally understand –  half of the office fell in love with the render. Many marketers and project managers are using it as a desktop wallpaper now. Not to mention our graphic designer who set the image as a screensaver on both screens of his dual monitor.

Want to know more about the render? Without further ado, let’s learn the idea behind the architectural visualization project, the technique, and the process of its creation.

The Right Tools for the Story

The author of the render is Andrii Diachenko, senior 3D artist, and mentor with ArchiCGI 3D visualization studio. His goal was to show what CGI and photography combined can do in matters of storytelling and emotional marketing. And as any successful salesman knows, these are crucial. For information to be heard and understood, it needs to be wrapped in a good story.

Piezoelectric Loom Aviary in Jiangsu, China by Margot Krasojevic Architecture

Friday, December 4th, 2020

Article source: Margot Krasojevic Architecture

The design brief was originally for an aviary, bird-watching platform, and shelter in the Suzhou Taihu Lakeside National wetland park.

The main design objective incorporates the serenity of the environment with the characteristics of birds in flight. The building includes a high tensile steel loom structure that acts as a gallery for the resting birds. The primary structure is made out of a series of stainless-steel spine beams from which motors move and sway like plumes. The structure flutters gently as birds freely fly around the aviary, reverberating like a loom choreographed by birds in flight.

Article source: mptns

Svalka.spb is a new designer‘s second-hand store in St. Petersburg. It is fundamental of the concept based on conscious consumption and the idea that each thing is valuable and requires a unique approach.

An unsuitable thing loses its value as a chaotically crumpled piece of paper.

CRA House in Mexico by Estudio MMX

Tuesday, July 21st, 2020

Article source: Estudio MMX

The CRA House is located within a residential country club in Avándaro, Estado de México. The country club, like many others in Mexico, establishes general design criteria and suggests, with emphasis, the use of specific forms and materials. Given the mountain character of the site, the regulation infers the need to preserve the rustic character of the place through architecture. In most cases, regulatory constraints are real challenges that are solved through analysis and design. In this case, the design of the house proves a stylistic hybridization on strategy, with the double purpose of giving continuity to the character of the whole, while at the same time articulating, in an alternative way, the different spaces and the program of the house.

Can Ras, Mallorca in Spain by FRAN SILVESTRE ARQUITECTOS

Sunday, May 31st, 2020

Article source: FRAN SILVESTRE ARQUITECTOS

Made to disappear. This is how the concept for this house on the island of Mallorca is presented, a few meters from the shore of the Mediterranean sea.

The house is made up of a set of pieces that move in one direction, offering exterior spaces as patios between the various volumes that contain the different interior uses. Thus, with this movement, a volume is fragmented into small parts, giving each of them a unique character and their own autonomy. The house is conceived with natural materials, but built with current technology, paying attention to economy, precision and continuity. The lay-out on the ground floor maximizes the relationship with the exterior and prioritizes the views of the sea through large openings protected from solar incidence by eaves that generate large exterior terraces.
