The design concept was inspired by lofts and aimed to give identity to the brand. The result was a contemporary and modern space. With generous dimensions, the store could be divided into two main sectors with various environments in each: the front with double height ceiling is where are the main products, releases, etc; and the lower ceiling sector is where other products and functional area, such as the cashier, fitting rooms, coffee space, etc.
Although the cellar is surrounded by a vineyard, it is not associated with it. The relationship between the building and the surrounding area is practically nonexistent, largely due to the access road that makes a harsh separation between the building and the vineyard at the arrival zone. On the west part of the building, the separation between the vineyard and the building is less prominent, however a possible symbiosis between the built and the natural is unfulfilled by the strong and enclosed character of the warehouse.
Harvested from plantations that procure income to millions of people, coconut wood is a sustainable product by excellence. The cycle of coconut production, felling/processing and re-plantation, guaranties a sound renewable supply that doesn’t impact the environment. After being used all their life coconuts, the trees become senile around 60 years old. They can then be cut and used for construction, furniture and decoration, which will constitute a windfall profit for the farmer and an excellent material for sustainable Architecture.

S&T has worked with the staff and key stakeholders at Kereru Park Campus in South Auckland to give their school a fresh presence from the street with a new administration and library building. The previous buildings were hidden; almost unseen from the road and plagued by weather tightness issues.

Northgate Phase 1 is a 300.000 sqm development that creates a new urban focus in the vicinity of Esenboğa International Airport in Ankara. The development is both a part and a catalyst of the rapid process of urban generation in the zone along with the new international expo, two university campuses and a large-scale automobile showroom complex. Northgate is the largest self-sustaining mixed use project in the location, introducing offices, residences, a variety of retail programs and a five-star hotel along other amenities. The project responds to the customer requests who wanted a modern stair but at the same time asked for a safe passage between the floors of the house, so the system of ceiling mounting became the railing of the stairs thus fulfilling this dual task.
