Just as every home represents the unique lifestyle and attitude of its owner, every hotel has its own unique personality. Thus, hotel rooms represent the ideal relationship between individual inhabitants and their desired lifestyles.
Situated in Luhuitou Bay, this boutique hotel consists of 42 individual guest rooms with a diverse range of room styles.
The project is comprised of two stages, the first of 195m2, the second of 25m2 for a total of 220m2 on a plot of 390m2, which is located within a subdivision located in to the south of the metropolitan area of the city of Guadalajara.
The site is located in residental area of south part of Tokyo. We designed this house into simple three steps of planning process. 1. Dig the trench in the ground, and bury bedrooms. 2. Float a maximum volume according to the scenic zone regulation on the trench. 3. Cut off the corner of the volume to be open to the sly. Cut off volume supply sunlight to living space and permeate through the plastic grating to the lower floor.

Cut Paw Paw is a renovation and extension to a double fronted weatherboard home in Seddon, Victoria, Australia. Name?
Cut Paw Paw is the name of the parish in which the house presides, and a name that the owners liked very much. It’s a weird name, hence we like it too.

After the removal of border limit clearances only 5m x 9m are left overin this small steep lot at the vineyard at Dielsdorf. With a maximum of 83 m2above-ground level living, this lot has long been considered unbuildable. A classical residential house with solid outer walls, conventional access staircase and traffic area has no space on this site.
From the beginning this project had to respond to two different voices, or two clients. Both required the same amount of square meters for their future homes. It is perhaps the greatest achievement of this project, having understood how to complete the entire buildable volume equally for both owners, and without losing the ability to have access to almost all of the terrain. The strategy chosen was to cross-distribute the meters that corresponded to each owner, so that both units rotate through the central axis of the patio in a centrifugal manner. To achieve the crossed connection of the two properties without wasting useful meters, we took the decision to “externalize” the stairs, like sleeve-bridges connecting both units.
Arte Charpentier, the lead architect, will design the new Centre de Congrès et de Spectacles de Calais, in partnership with Abciss-Architectes, as part of a consortium led by the Rabot Dutilleul Group.
Arte Charpentier Architectes presented an ambitious plan for the major cultural facility, to be located on an 18,000 sqm oceanfront site. Featuring rounded contours, it is designed to make the most of the site’s exceptional views: the port to the east; the sea and spa district to the north; and to the south, the city and its historic monuments such as the Risban fort, lighthouse, watchtower and City Hall. The conference and performing arts centre is a strong iconic structure that will focus perspective, giving it more power without concealing the sea view and providing instant appeal to the waterfront.
