Tetris, Social Housing And Artist Studios in Paris, France by Moussafir Architectes

The project is part of a larger urban program aimed at regenerating underprivileged neighborhoods in Northern Paris. The action plan developed in close cooperation between the city, the local associations and the landlord included new and refurbished low-rent housing, as well as studios for artists and musicians.

Aranya House in India by Modo designs

Designed as a single floor dwelling, this house is a luxurious sprawl in the lap of a natural surrounding. The house is responsive to the series of palm trees that existed before and essentially orients itself towards it. It is designed to be inclusive of the natural elements- the sun, earth, water, air and fragments of the blue sky.  The layout segregates through a level difference, the parent’s and son’s living units and yet unites through a meeting place, which is the more open central bay.

The Forum project is an Exhibitions Center, and is part of the huge Tel- Aviv Wholesale Market Project currently under construction, comprising thousands apartments, a mall, a school and a sports complex.The project, located in the city center,is built on the grounds of the former market, recently removed to the outskirts.

The Project is located in one of the lakes of the reserve due to the lakes keep changing over the course of the seasons; this factor makes them the most dynamic points of the reserve. The Project looks for accentuate the reserve formation process. The proposal emerges from the mixture between the existing ecosystem of the place and the elements that characterized the harbor landscape like containers, cranes, structures and colors.

The project \”Square de l’Accueil\” (Welcoming Square) includes a public square of 10,000 m2, 53 flats, a school, commercial spaces and an underground parking. The project itself includes all the components of the city at a smaller scale.  The site is a neighborhood at a strategic entry point towards one of Brussels communes, Evere.  The project is the missing « puzzle piece » to the realisation of the current site as an animated liveable space.

Designed by LOVE architecture and urbanism, the main goal of their winning proposal for the 50Hertz Headquarters in Berlin was to develop an innovative, transparent, open headquarters for the company that above all flows from inside to outside. The focus became to create flexible,versatile, and unique working environments, which are traversed by spacious outdoor spaces in the form of terraces, balconies and atriums. Mandaworks and Hosper Sweden have been awarded third prize in the open international architectural competition in Mikkeli,
Finland. From 107 proposals submitted last October, Mandaworks and Hosper Sweden were one of five teams selected to
continue work in the second stage. On April 25, 2013 the results were announced. Winners of the contest were Arkkitehtitoimisto AJAK Oy. Mandaworks and Hosper received € 30,000 for the third prize.
