The project tries to reconcile the privacy of the dwellings with attention to goings-on outside the block, so in the floor plan, the units are arranged in such a way that on the south side, towards the area that will accommodate offices and the ‘City of Justice’, a public zone will offer cafés, restaurants, stores, etc.; a recreational hub that will also be representative and vital in terms of exchange of functions, and therefore urban and with economic potential.

The village of Apples is located at the foot of the Jura mountains, north of the city of Morges. To address today’s strong population growth in the region, a dozen municipalities joined forces to build a new school complex.

SF Express Group Co., Ltd, one of China’s leading logistics companies with over 340,000 employees worldwide, is intending to construct a new company headquarter building in the flourishing Qianhai District in Shenzhen. The architects von Gerkan, Marg and Partners (gmp) were successful in winning first prize in the international competition for the new construction of the SF Express Headquarter Building, and the practice has been commissioned with the design of the high-rise office building with a gross floor area of 100,000 m².

In planning the Olaya Metro Station, Gerber Architekten are currently working on the most important infrastructure project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Following the competition win in 2012, excavation work has now begun. The groundbreaking ceremony was celebrated on the 3rd of April 2014 in the presence of the Governor of Riyadh at that time, Prince Khalid bin Bandar. Now, the BACS Consortium comprised of Saudi Arabian Bechtel Company, Almabani, Consolidated Contractors Company and Siemens opened up the way for the next planning phase to commence and commissioned Professor Gerber and his team Gerber Architekten under the direction of Thomas Lücking in cooperation with BuroHappold Engineering with further planning for this major project. The planning work for the station should be completed in the next 18 months.

Extends the living space, the two-storey in direct juxtaposition cultivation of colored Torfbrandziegeln. Only after his glazed incisions (engl. Notches) choreographed stone cube. Without visible roof without any roof detail and without any scheduled accessories. The basis for this House Extension, forms a hipped roof bungalow 90s. He learns an independent, timely and extremely reduced, developed entirely from sustainable materiality sequel. This creates an additional adventure world: the voltage unusual set openings, more vistas, more-floor rooms as opposed to the indecision of the past.

Priceless Milano is a temporary installation, a living unit designed to be moved around and placed on existing buildings in highly visible locations.

The event, which MasterCard has included in its ‘Priceless Cities’ project – an extensive tourist promotion programme on a vast scale in major international metropolises – was managed by the company 4Ward Events.

Designed to be used as a restaurant and much more, the pavilion will be installed on top of Palazzo Beltrami in Piazza della Scala, Milan.

The workshop UPDATE # 04, held in the virtuous municipality of Camigliano from July 27th to August 3rd 2014 with 17 students from all over Italy, considered the results of the participatory process that took place in the preceding months and responded to the citizens’ request to give the area a place able to amplify the landscape suggestions and a space designed for meditation and prayer.

A Birdhouse Inspired Bistro Designed by Golucci International

Designer and creative director LEE Hsuheng, has recently completed Bistro Goose hut, a new bright and clean bistro located in the central business district of Beijing, China.The design concept is from the brand of restaurant “Bird House” .  Bird house structure attached on the “Trees”. The two themes try to communicated pure and simple lifestyle . It look like a warm lovely Cafe but it is totally reserve and offers traditional Hunan home dish. which means the food here has a taste of home, designers hope the restaurant environment work reveals the Nordic welfare nation’s sense of security, equipped with her mother cooking food fragrant homemade however, let the Beijing CBD people to relax.

June 20th, 2015 marked the opening of the KA300 Pavilion in Karlsruhe, designed by J. MAYER H. und Partner, Architekten. To celebrate the three-hundred year anniversary of the founding of the city of Karlsruhe, this temporary event pavilion was erected in the city’s Schlossgarten. During the festival summer, various concerts, theatre performances, readings, film screenings, and exhibitions will be held in the open structure.
