Medical University in Varna, Bulgaria by STARH Stanislavov Architects

Friday, September 20th, 2013

Article source: STARH Stanislavov Architects

The purpose of the architectural project is to observe and visualize the potential of the property where the Medical University of Varna is situated. The need for new functional areas and aesthetic norms missing in the current building designed and built not for medical school is the heart of this research. The building of the Medical University of Varna is situated in an urban residential area in a square between Tsar Asen Str., General Gurko Str., Marin Drinov Str.  And Ivan Aksakov Str. in the vicinity to a park area.

Collider Activity Center in Sophia, Bulgaria by Tom Wiscombe Design

Saturday, May 11th, 2013

Article source: Tom Wiscombe Design

This design aspires to make Walltopia into a 21st brand center as well as a destination for sports and recreation. Our belief is that this cannot be achieved without re-thinking the status of building as a neutral container of active furnishings in favor of building as active and distinct. Successful contemporary brand centers create a new and unexpected world, something that exceeds a collection of wares.

Oasis in a Sandstorm in Sofia, Bulgaria by Gemelli Design

Wednesday, December 19th, 2012

Article source: Gemelli Design

We designed a bedroom and a bathroom separated from each other with a fireplace and a glass wall. The main objective of the spaces is to provide a complete relaxation of the senses – in the bedroom the color of the imagination and spirituality – the purple; Yellow is used for the bathroom. In this way the bathroom is like an oasis in the desert.

The Bath is very important room in the house and is probably the only one place for staying alone, relaxing, thinking and dreaming.

We chose the name H2O in geometry, because water is a leading element in the idea of our Bath project. It represents the natural connection between this room and the man.
