The refurbishment of the Hegel Street apartment in Polanco, Mexico City, started with the idea that interior design should faithfully reflect the user’s lifestyle. In this way, an elderly lady’s apartment was adapted to suit the requirements of its heir, a young, single graphic designer, the client of this project.

Estudio 13 Complex Rises in Mexico City by Walters Storyk Design Group (WSDG)

Hotel AMALA in México City by DIN Interiorismo

This project is inspired by the cultural and colors of India, which are like a huge variety, diversity was selected according to the needs of spaces. Symbolic elements in each of the rooms with a palette in orange, red, pink and turquoise shades, highlighting the main features of this culture were used.

One of the challenges you most enjoy DIN interior is to give a new image to a hotel, especially when it involves a comprehensive change , which begins and ends in the name of a new concept. This hotel had Pugibet name is in central Mexico City , close to the traditional market of San Juan . It was decided to start with a name change , something that was very attractive and one word to describe her new identity.

SENS in Mexico City by ARCHETONIC

Natural light was the top design priority for SENS: it defined the façade design, and the floor –to – ceiling glazing, and from half way up light can enter the interiors, framing the majestic views on to the Popocatépetl, Iztaccihuatl, Santa Fe, Inter lomas and Paseo de la Reforma—views deserving pride of place.

The main goal of this project, located in Mexico City, was to maximize the marketable square meters. With this on sight Aflo Arquitectos made sure that all spaces had the correct balance between functionality, usability, comfort and aesthetics, in addition to considering the proper and efficient development of the project for which its delivery will be held on a timely manner. Another determining factor was the complicated topography that added a degree of complexity to the program that was resolved with ease and efficiency right to the daily operation of the property.
