Net income higher than expected / earnings per share at 2.16 euros At 24 percent, the group's EBITDA margin was exactly at the forecast level. Operating costs rose from 126 to 139 million euros, mainly due to higher personnel expenses and an increase in sales-dependent costs such as dealer commissions. As a result of a one-time tax revenue of 1.4 million euros, the 2011 net earnings were even higher than expected, more than 22 million euros. As a result, the earnings per share rose to 2.16 euros. Nemetschek will publish the complete 2011 annual report on March 30, 2012; management will also take this opportunity to provide an outlook for the current financial year.
