The creation of these new roles will meet the growing market demand for comprehensive, "single source" solutions that address total technical document workflow. Ms. Holland will integrate hardware, software and professional services to provide more complete solutions across the entire Oce Technical Document Systems (TDS) digital printing product portfolio. Mr. Fay will focus on vertical market and partner applications that promote more integrated solutions for customers. He will also oversee vertical and reseller channel marketing programs that support these solutions, including website initiatives, sales training and sales force automation tools.

Ms. Holland began her career with Oce in 1999 as an analyst in the Wide Format Printing Systems Business Controlling group. Since 2000, Ms. Holland has served as Product Marketing Manager for the low volume product portfolio, successfully launching and managing products including the Oce 9300, TDS300, TDS400 and TCS400. For nine years prior to joining Oce, Ms. Holland held various financial positions at Xerox. She received an undergraduate degree in Finance and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management with concentrations in Marketing and Decision Science.
Mr. Fay has been with the Oce Wide Format Printing Systems division for more than 10 years, with experience in sales and product marketing management. He was formerly Director, Product Marketing, for Oce high-volume printers and software systems, successfully managing the popular Oce 9800, TDS600 and TDS800 printers and Repro Desk(R) and Oce Engineering Exec(R) print management software. Prior to Oce, Mr. Fay served in sales and management positions at Canon USA. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and English.
