The acquisition bolsters TRIRIGA's current development initiative to add comprehensive facilities management capabilities to its existing TRIRIGA Intelligent Business System(TM) (IBS) technology platform. TRIRIGA IBS provides corporate owners with a centralized software solution to design, build, and operate large-scale assets.
