Deltek GCS Premier 3 includes many features previously unavailable within industry software solutions that automate recurring functions, promote information sharing and bolster productivity levels. In addition, the product's design makes it compatible with a wide array of common desktop tools and functions, such as allowing users to output reports in portable document format and integrate the application with their email system.

Deltek GCS Premier 3 also features Web reporting. This provides a user with rapid access to reports via a workstation with Microsoft Internet Explorer. Because the data never leaves the server, no other software is required on a workstation with the Web browser capabilities. Web reporting makes processing faster, more convenient and easier to share.
"The reporting capabilities of Deltek GCS Premier are what our employees love most about the new system. It is very user-friendly. Customer service capabilities have also been enhanced with the application's new Client Care module, which links clients directly to the Deltek.com site for technical support. Designed to help clients get more up-to-date information and more convenient customer service communication, this module allows users to easily connect to bulletins, frequently asked questions, and training and event information.
