Solibri Establishes U.S. Office
Jonathan Widney to lead growth and development of Solibri in the Americas, as CEO of Solibri LLC.

Atlanta, GA, Scottsdale, AZ and Helsinki, Finland March 4, 2008 — Solibri, Inc., the leading provider of checking, analysis and building code checking solutions for Building Information Modeling (BIM) based designs in the construction field, has announced the opening of a North American office in Scottsdale, Arizona. Solibri has experienced consistent growth in the U.S. during the past several years, leading to the decision to establish a physical entity to continue that growth and provide support and BIM consulting services to the growing Solibri customer base.

Solibri LLC will be led by Jonathan Widney. He is regarded as a leading authority in BIM and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC). Jonathan was most recently the Director of Business Development for the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) Division of Autodesk, Inc., after that company’s June, 2007 acquisition of NavisWorks Ltd. Prior to that, Jonathan was the founder and President of NavisWorks Inc., the US subsidiary of the UK-based developer of 3D/4D Design Review technology.
