TRIRIGA Announces OEM Partnership with JCube to Extend FacilityCenter to Mobile Devices

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 21, 2002--TRIRIGA Real Estate & Facilities and its affiliate TRIRIGA INC., leading providers of technology to centrally manage and control capital assets, today announced an OEM partnership with JCube Corporation, a global provider of infrastructure management solutions and services.

The agreement is part of a strategic initiative by TRIRIGA to extend the capabilities of its FacilityCenter product suite to remote and mobile workers, providing access to critical facilities data from wireless handheld devices.

Through the agreement, TRIRIGA will market JCube's mobile transaction processing technology in conjunction with FacilityCenter, a Web-based enterprise software suite designed to centralize global data and processes throughout the facility management lifecycle to streamline efficiency and reduce total cost of ownership. By integrating with the JCube technology, TRIRIGA will make the full range of FacilityCenter functionality available via wireless handheld devices. As a result, mobile workers can seamlessly share critical information, communicate, and collaborate with other members of the project team. All existing FacilityCenter customers will have the opportunity to upgrade to the JCube product during the next six months.

"In today's virtual business environment, the process of developing and managing capital assets increasingly involves teams of on-site and mobile workers as well as remote consultants and contractors. Accordingly, our customers are faced with the need to provide access to their facilities knowledge bases via handheld devices," said Roger Rittenhouse, General Manager and Vice President of TRIRIGA Real Estate & Facilities. "By partnering with JCube, TRIRIGA can address this challenge, and make the comprehensive functionality of the FacilityCenter suite available to the entire project team - regardless of their location."

"JCube offers a range of products to support the needs of the increasingly mobile workforce," added Adam Sullivan, President of JCube Corporation. "We are excited to partner with TRIRIGA to extend the capabilities of the FacilityCenter product across physical boundaries, so users can leverage their handhelds to access the data they need from the road."

Like all TRIRIGA products, the FacilityCenter suite is powered by the TRIRIGA Intelligent Business System(TM), an end-to-end framework to automate, integrate, and manage the full array of Design-to-Operation(TM) (D2O(TM)) processes - from construction and capital improvement, to facility management and operations.
