Our client company is an engineering services firm that provides the following set of services for commercial and residential real estate, architectural firms, developers, and architects:
Photo montage Mechanical and plumbing engineering Electrical engineering Civil engineering Land surveying Soil engineering Title 24 Fire sprinklers 2d and 3d cad drafting Cad conversion Green buildings/LEED consulting Smart building solution
They are looking for 3 sales account managers who will also project manage client engagements. The mix will be 80% sales and 20% project mgmt. Position offers a competitive base + MBO incentive pay as well. They are looking for people who have experience in this industry and already talk the talk with engineering purchasers/influencers based on their experience in this field.
Education: a B.S. or M.S. degree from an accredited Construction Engineering and Management or Architectural Engineering program with emphasis on process management and/or design-construction integration.
Experience: Through a number of years (1-2 years or fresh graduate) or industry-based course projects that provide a full process interaction with the traditional players in the AEC industry.
