Archetris Unveils Visual Programming&Revit Plugin in Schema App Update

Sebastopol, CA:  Archetris officially released the latest version of its Schema app for AEC programming and conceptual design today, delivering greater interactivity, visualization, and flexibility to architects, planners, and design teams. Interactive visual programming (‘bubble diagramming’), a dedicated resourcemodule, expanded component creation options, and a fully functional Revit Plugin for BIM integration are some of the new and enhanced tools in the updated Schema preliminary design app.

Built by architects, for architects, Archetris Schema aims to address the needs of design teams through dedicated tools, flexible workflows, and by resolving common pains associated with the adoption of new technology. The updated Schema app does not require trainingto get started, demonstrating Archetris’‘brilliantly simple’ philosophy. At the start of this year, the Company also instated a pricing program that makes Schema accessible to all design teams (free to solo users), includinga flex-licensing option that adapts to changes in project schedules and user demand throughout the year.

“We continue to build on the tools available in Schema to meet the evolving needs of design teams, while staying true to our core goal of providing an app for AEC teams that is functional, intuitive, and incredibly easy to use so they can realize benefits and savings more quickly,” says Bryan Almquist, CEO of Archetris.

Archetris supports an informed design process and more productive design teams through its web-based application, Schema. Schema is built by architects for architects to resolve common workflow challenges with brilliantly simple programming, stacking, blocking, planning, and reporting modules in one application, plus integration with Autodesk® Revit®. Schema differs from other tools by providing only the necessary functionality, without clutter or complexity, and works at an appropriate level of detail for the preliminary design process.  www.archetris.com
