In this position, Bultinck is responsible for setting up and expanding the local presence of Deltek in Belgium and Luxemburg from the newly opened office in Diegem, Belgium. Previously, Bultinck worked as Business Development Manager for Ordina and SAP, where he was responsible for channel partner relations. Before that, he worked for Exact Software Belgium & Luxemburg for five years in various sales and service positions.
