Free AutoCAD PDF to DWG and DXF conversion tool available

Friday, June 14th, 2013

A free AutoCAD tool from Cometdocs offer free PDF to DWG and DXF conversion for AutoCAD-designed PDFs and it is well established on the market: http://www.convertpdftoautocad.com/
As CAD drawings are being shared as PDFs for convenience and security reasons, more problems arise with editing and extracting elements from PDFs. Conversion is often the only solution.

Some of its distinct features are:

  • Conversion preserves lines, arcs, scale presets and texts, there is no need for further editing.
  • Even large files (up to 40MB) can be converted swiftly and effectively.
  • According to the strict guidelines of our privacy policy, user emails and uploaded data are deleted after 24h.
  • The service is completely free – please, don’t be confused by ads on the homepage, we support ourselves and keep the service free for you by way of these ads.

Currently Cometdocs don’t support the use of their website via mobile devices, but they do have plans for a mobile app. It should be released within the  next two months.
