Michelet 50 in Anzures-Mexico City, Mexico by Dellekamp Arquitectos

Thursday, April 21st, 2011

The apartment building is situated in the centre of Mexico City, in the district of Anzures, indicating the urban character of the plot. According to the requirements of the client, we designed a building which features different apartment typologies divided into three blocks, giving more square meters of facade to each side. Common areas of the apartment community are contained in a single space looking outside to three facades.

Silos Zeeburgereiland in Amsterdam, Netherlands by NL Architects

Thursday, April 21st, 2011

The silos on Zeeburgereiland are looking for a new destination. The relocation of the sewage treatment plant sparked new developments in the area: the Island now becomes inhabitable. It is strategically positioned in between the center of Amsterdam and its latest expansion called IJburg. The Island is very accessible; it directly links to the ring road A10.
