This landscape development, a project short-listed in the Special Award – Envi­ronmental category of the 2009 Cityscape Awards for Architecture, is a holistic and multi-tiered parkland. It encompasses a sculptural landscape with a water garden, two horticultural pavilions, a French garden, an outdoor venue for music events and cin­ema, and a community area.

The landscape concept for this Thematic Landscape is based on Islamic calligraphy, which is linked to a cosmic theme of har­mony and order. Associated with the brand identity of the development, this calligraphy becomes a three-dimensional insignia that residents and guests discover when look­ing out of their windows. On the ground level, the landscape is envisioned as a prestigious landscape that houses a vari­ety of unique garden-scapes. The garden elegantly combines natural features and geometric forms in a series of artificial land­forms, waterways, bridges, and sculptures.
