The site is situated on the shore of artificial lake.  The client is tourism company owner. Three member family house. A house is like a river barge thrown on the shore. The building designed across the entire width of the plot. The house devide the plot into two zones: the public from the street side and the intimate family zone from the lake side.  Building is designed that it would be possible from each room to view the lake and the beautiful nature.  The house has five zones: the outdoor sheds for cars, living area, outdoor terrace, sauna and leisure complex, viewpoint and exhibition room on the first floor.

– Fragments of facade from plaster and coated with larch boards
– Larch boards in outdoor terrace
– VIKONA aluminum glass facade system
– Facade blinds metal, sliding on wheels
– PVC floor covering EXPONA and APAVISA PORCELANICO stone tiles floor covering
– Geothermal heating
