Potemkin stands as a post industrial temple, the Acropolis to re-think of the connection between the modern man and nature. I see Potemkin as a cultivated junk yard situated between the ancient rice fields and the river with a straight axis to the Shinto temple.

The Jewish Museum Berlin, which opened to the public in 2001, exhibits the social, political and cultural history of the Jews in Germany from the 4th century to the present. The museum explicitly presents and integrates, for the first time in postwar Germany, the repercussions of the Holocaust. The new extension is housed on the site of the original Prussian Court of Justice building which was completed in 1735 and renovated in the 1960s to become a museum for the city of Berlin.

The house is located on the first row of lots and was designed so that the architecture acted like a frame to the view of the beach and the islands that are found in front of the house. The esthetic of the house celebrates the summer with modern curves that remind us of the Brazilian architecture of the sixties.
The whole house has a white finish with color accents in red, in both main elements such as the swimming pool as well as furnishings. The house reminds us of competitive elements used in Stanley Kubrick films, with the white curved elements contrasted with details in red.
Construction is underway at Datong Art Museum – China’s ‘Museum of the 21st Century’. The museum will open in 2013 to represent China in the ‘Beyond the Building’ Basel Art international tour.
The 32,000-square-metre venue is one of four major new buildings within Datong New City’s cultural plaza. Its centrepiece is the Grand Gallery, a heroically scaled, top-lit exhibition space measuring 37 metres high and spanning almost 80 metres, in which artists will be commissioned to create large-scale works of art.
‘Mapuche Country Club’ does not come to be a new born ‘country’ (condominium). Therefore, its lush vegetation, which has grown throughout the years, has added such a value to the place that has led both our clients (and friends) and us to agree on the fact that that area was the right one. Among all the several lots we went around, we recommended them an area that was fronted by a row of conifers, next to a bunch of fruit trees (unfortunately, the house was to be located here due to regulations), almost in the middle of the place were two old blue cedar trees close to the dividing axis and, a well-situated swimming pool. The lot has a position that favours the house in many ways. On the one hand, since the back of the house is NW-oriented, it is sheltered from direct afternoon sunlight by its cedars. On the other hand, its SE front row of coniferous trees do let the place receive some sunshine. ‘This plot is fantastic’, we said.
Development of 242 dwellings in the Salburua neighbourhood in Vitoria-Gasteiz.
The plot, in accordance with the criteria established by the town planning, is occupied by a 21 storey-high tower and a continuous U-shaped block with a varying height between four and seven floors. All the front gates of the development are on the ground floor, as well as nine retail units. The two basement floors occupy the whole plot and house the garage, the box-rooms and technical rooms and the rest of the surface is used for council housing.
The campus of united (union) university is located at the northeast of Beijing’s 4’Th Ring road, near the centre axis of city. After the construction period across 1970’s – 2000’s and a merging with Beijing tourism college in 2010, the campus lead to open space’s sprawl and the buildings have totally difference.
This house is located on a narrow urban site in the heart of Herne Bay. Tight site controls and a sloping site resulted in a long narrow building form that steps down the slope of the site.
