SAC Federal Credit Union, Nebraska’s largest credit union, selected international architecture, planning, engineering, interior design and program management firm LEO A DALY to provide design and engineering services for its new corporate headquarters campus in Papillion, Neb. LEO A DALY also provided site selection, programming and master planning services for the project over the past year.

Software used: All architectural, structural, mechanical/plumbing, and electrical drawings were produced in Autodesk Revit. Civil engineering documents were done in AutoCAD Civil 3D. 3Dimensional design models were a combination of Google Sketchup 8 and 3Ds Max 2012.
A new generation has energized our downtown. A communal atmosphere of open collaboration and interaction has replaced the typical open cubicle office. The desire to be all consumed and surrounded by likeminded organizations with a rekindled attitude towards downtown. This spirit is captured in the project by combining a café, lounge, residential and open bay modular office spaces. A 14 bay complex designed for inter-collaboration among the tenants.
The Pulse Park forms an activating and innovative continuation of the unique residential and business area of Kildebjerg Ry. The project’s aim is to create a vivid and coherent neighbourhood that encourages an active lifestyle and informal meetings across age, gender, social background and physical abilities. The Pulse Park will establish optimal conditions for excercise and play through thre zones that form an integral part of the landscape, the area’s many leisure activities and Kildebjerg Ry itself.
Situated in the Campus of Leioa, the building is finished off with a careful volumetric composition towards the west. With an “L” shape, it is composed by two distinct volumes. In the East-West alignment, we have placed the classrooms and offices. Perpendicular to it, the other volume blends in with the topography of the whole complex and houses, the most outstanding rooms: the workshops and the gymnasium,
Dover Street Market has commissioned Zaha Hadid to design a site-specific installation to be showcased in their London store during the 2012 Olympic Games. Entitled “Aqua”, the concept references the formal language of Hadid’s renowned London Aquatics Centre.
A four-year improvement program at Wimbledon’s All-England Club was staged around the annual tennis tournament, with London-based Capita Symonds as the main structural consultant and Edge Structures, a structural engineering design practice based in London and Leeds, coordinating design among multiple contractors. Edge Structures used Bentley’s building information modeling (BIM) software to design the facility improvements for a new retractable roof.

On the southern edge of garden The Black Teahouse reflects itself in water level of small dark lake. Large and exceptionally cultivated garden becomes natural part of nearby pine forest and its southern edge defined by S-shaped lake with grassy banks makes beautiful surroundings of the family house. And the Teahouse is just part of this carefully designed scenery. There is also fabulous view of the lake, which could be admired by the host and guests from the teahouse. It is a small place to gather, it is a place for a cup of tea.
House on the marsh is a private lodge located in the mountainous district of Jizerske hory in northern Bohemia. It is a family retreat hidden in marsh and forests, which provides just great space to gather for all three family generations.
The house
The architecture of the house had to follow strict building regulations including the house geometry or specific colors or materials which were dictated by local authorities, to reach traditional vernacular architecture. Simple and traditional form of the house with tall gabled roof is repeated in unique long dormer window which serves as a special extra space with splendid view of the valley. Dark green vertical cladding protects the supporting timber structure of the house.
The new administration of the Gorky Park comissioned a shade for yoga training in the park. Me built a shade with oval plan of timber and reinforced PET. The building is to last till the end of autumn.
