We believe change or new is not a sole creation from nothing but rather evolution from the past. Designing the cultural center was a task to reveal what could be the image of modern and contemporary Taiwan Architecture. Cultural center is a good place to express the identity of the Taiwan.

Cosgriff House in Sydney, Australia by Christopher Polly Architect

Wednesday, June 5th, 2013

Article source: Christopher Polly Architect

The project retains its original envelope as part of its environmental, economic and planning values. a substantial lower ground living volume is sensitively inserted beneath the original fabric to harness the fall in the site towards the rear, extending deeply beneath the existing dwelling and outwards towards the garden to transform it – while a re-crafted rear ground floor above enfolds the existing rhythm of front rooms over the new lower ground below.

Taray Sau Office Building in San Javier, Murcia, Spain by MACLA Arquitectos

Wednesday, June 5th, 2013

Article source: MACLA Arquitectos

The current offices of Taray SAU promoter, are placed in a triangular plot exempt. It is an isolated building which contained the offices of the promoter and we opted to maintain due to his perfect condition of conservation, attacking only the substitution of the exterior carpentry and the adequacy of the interiors appearance to the new face of the brand.

Article source: Associated Architects

Associated Architects’ second ten-year Masterplan for King’s Worcester included rebuilding the Boathouse, which was previously a small and unsightly 1950s building.  The site is a focal point in the Masterplan, Conservation Area and in the Worcester City Council/SustransWorcester Riverside project. On the line of the old city defences, it is at the edge of the historic city core which has a rich history including Norman and medieval archaeology.  The Masterplan proposal to create a striking modern building was welcomed by Worcester City Council planners.
